We provide Sabbath rest retreats for pastors, missionaries & their spouses in our handcrafted Amish log cabins, located in the peaceful Driftless Region of Southwest Wisconsin- just one hour south of La Crosse and two hours west of Madison.
Our heart is to serve those who serve others. Through thoughtful hospitality, encouragement, and support, we create space for ministry leaders to be renewed—physically, spiritually, and emotionally. As you unplug from the demands of daily ministry, our prayer is that you’ll leave this place with fresh vision, deeper intimacy with the Lord, and a reignited passion to lead healthy, thriving churches.

If you're a full-time pastor or missionary longing for rest and refreshment, Holy Ground invites you to experience a Sabbath rest retreat. These retreats are available for up to 4 nights (Sunday-Thursday) designed specifically for pastors and their spouses as a way to step away, reset, and guard against ministry burnout. Your only cost is a $150 cleaning fee—everything else is our gift to you.
